Auto Body Technician Position
Repair vehicles that meet or exceeds the original factory fit and finish as well as Company set standard resulting in an invisible repair.
Duties and responsibilities
Complete repair assignments, provide required tools & equipment needed, report hidden or missing damage, repairs performed according to factory specifications. Have vehicle paint ready and ensure fit and finish.
Experience/skills
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance desired. Training provided to those that possess a good quality work ethic and are highly motivated to learn the industry. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, work independently and complete assignments in a timely manner. Must utilize all safety equipment when appropriate & use hand and power tools and other machinery safely.
- Must be 18 with a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Paint Technician
Refinishes vehicles with an exceptional fit and finish, resulting in an invisible repair.
Duties and responsibilities
Complete all repair assignments outlined in the body repair estimate. Inspect vehicles and account for all vehicle parts. Mix paint, color match and buff per the job requirements. Ensure that the vehicle is delivered with a finish equal to or superior to the original factory finish.
Experience/skills
Painting/paint prep and knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance desired. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, detail oriented, ability to work independently, ability to complete assignments in a timely manner, utilize all safety equipment when appropriate & ability to use hand and power tools and other machinery safely.

Paint/Prep Technician
Preps repaired vehicles, provide a fit & finish surface ready for paint application that gives basis for an invisible repair.
Duties and responsibilities
Complete all repair assignments outlined in the body repair estimate. Inspect vehicles and account for all vehicle parts until re-installed. Buffing and preparing a base finish equal to or superior to the original factory finish. Painting and mixing paint when directed.
Experience/skills
Painting/paint prep and knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance a plus, WE WILL TRAIN those with a good work ethic and are highly motivated to learn the industry. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, detail oriented, ability to work independently, ability to complete assignments in a timely manner, utilize all safety equipment when appropriate & ability to use hand and power tools and other machinery safely.
